​Born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Stacey Ly came to Canada as an international student through an exchange program between her university in Taiwan and the University of Victoria. With a strong academic background and a passion for helping others, Stacey has built a successful career as a licensed immigration consultant (RCIC) and entrepreneur. ​ Stacey holds a postgraduate certificate in Information Systems from the University of Victoria, a Financial Planning certificate, and a Certificate in Immigration Laws, Policies, and Procedures from the University of British Columbia (UBC). She has been practicing as an RCIC since December 2015 and has extensive experience in both the private sectors and large corporation, including her previous role as a Customer Insight Analyst at BlackBerry. ​ ​Stacey’s diverse background also includes managing her family’s manufacturing, export, and trading business in Vietnam and Taiwan. In Canada, she co-founded a restaurant and successfully established a business from scratch, giving her firsthand experience in entrepreneurship and business management. This unique combination of skills makes her an invaluable advisor for entrepreneurs and business immigrants looking to establish or acquire businesses in Canada. ​ Stacey is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Vietnamese, allowing her to connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
